The room I stayed in, the Paiute Indian Room, was beautifully decorated with a warm atmosphere. It was also very clean and had all the amenities I needed, making it a comfortable stay that was easy for me to navigate.
A small breakfast selection would be nice.

The stay was quite enjoyable, especially in the Paiute Indian Room. It was beautifully decorated and really clean, giving it a warm atmosphere. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the historic attractions nearby. Just a small downside was the lack of breakfast options, which would have been a nice addition.

The Ponderosa Saloon nearby is a must-try – their steak sandwich is legendary! Plus, the backyard at the inn is perfect for sipping coffee while soaking in the stunning sunrises. It’s a cozy spot for moments that truly count.
The walk to town lacks a continuous sidewalk. you might end up driving. Also, the ice situation? I had to venture out for ice, which seemed a bit off for the room price.

We had a fantastic time staying in the cozy Immigrant Room with the jacuzzi tub, and the sunsets from the deck were absolutely stunning! The lovely garden area was perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring, and the room was spacious and clean. Just a heads up, the walls are a bit thin, but it didn’t really take away from our overall experience! 😊

A charming stay with beautifully themed rooms and comfortable accommodations made this visit enjoyable. Ample outdoor space for dogs and a quick walk to town enhanced the experience. However, thin walls resulted in noise disturbances from neighboring guests, and some amenities like Kleenex were missing. The overall cleanliness and appeal of the place were strong positives amidst these hiccups.

We had such fun exploring the town, and our kids loved meeting the reenactors, who brought Virginia City to life. The Pony Express Room felt spacious for our family, and the kids enjoyed the cozy beds after long days of adventure.
My kids wished there were more kid-friendly snack options in the common area.
